Adding a rear 3.6m kitchen extension allowed the existing boiler room to be converted into a small bathroom. For more ceiling height, a pitched shaped roof was built, adding in two skylights for natural daylight, surrounded by spotlights for the night. Finally, a beautiful new c-shaped kitchen with a marble worktop was fitted on top of underfloor heating topped with large dark tiles and a grey backsplash, keeping the kitchen units classic white to create the beautiful contrast.
